What is milling?

Milling machine is a type of machine tool used in industrial machining. The working principle of milling machines is that they are machines that perform shaping (drilling, surface treatment, hobbing, etc.) by removing chip from the workpiece by means of a cutting tool rotating around its own axis. Milling machines can be manufactured completely automatically with the help of computers and special programs (CAD-CAM). Milling cutters are a type of parts that provide power current and are easy to disassemble and install.

What is a Female Mill?

Female end mills are used in Cement Conveyors (screw conveyors). Female Milling Cutter are products with teeth on the inside.

It can be produced in world standard sizes and special sizes to be used in all special conveyors. These Milling Cement Conveyors enable U and V type Conveyors to be disassembled more easily. In the old methods, double screws were used instead of milling cutters. The screws installed would cause the pipe to tear. As an alternative, milling systems used extend the life of the machine.
