Bellows

Silobas loading docks provide fast, dust-free and safe filling of dry powder and granular bulk raw materials into silo heads. Silo loading bellows prevents the dust generated during raw material loading from spreading to the environment.

What is a bellows?

Bellows are flexible connection parts that absorb vibration and noise. They are also known as Concrete Plant Bellows. They are used in ready-mixed concrete plants. It is also known as spiral bellows, flap bellows, cement bellows, concrete bellows and rubber bellows. Both ends are flat, so they can be easily connected to the valve or screw screw (cement spiral). Rubber bellows (flexible connection) are easy to replace if they wear or tear over time. They are connected to a single flange butterfly valve or screw conveyor.

Bellows ensure that powdery and granular materials are transferred from equipment such as silos and screws to silobas or trucks in a dust-free manner.

The material coming out of the bellows silo or screw passes through the bellows and is poured into the silobas. When the filled material approaches the upper limits of the silo or truck, the operator can cut off the material flow from the hand control set.

Bellows prevent dust from forming in the ambient air and ensure loss-free product filling. It provides a safe working environment with its wide model selection.
