Screw conveyors are produced in pieces for many reasons, and Intermediate Hanger Bearings are used to center the assembly of these parts. The intermediate suspension bearing ensures the centering of the spiral and power transfer thanks to the milled system.

There are bearing groups at the front and back of the intermediate hanger bearings for sealing purposes. Thanks to the bronze (yellow) bushing inside, it minimizes the vibration of the material and ensures the continuation of the process.

Intermediate suspension bearings are resistant to high pressure and temperature. Our intermediate suspension beds are produced from high quality and durable materials and provide easy use with practical installation.

Intermediate Hanger Bearings are used in spiral conveying systems and can be specially produced not only with black material but also with stainless material against food and corrosion. Milled system can be used in Stainless Intermediate Hanger Bearings depending on the project.

Intermediate suspension bearings can be diversified to suit Pipe type and U type spirals. Intermediate suspension beds are manufactured in certain diameters according to the desired size and capacity value.
